I am wondering what is the best ISP(Comcast cable, Verizon fios, etc) is best for P2P?

I heard comcast is limiting our upload speeds so I don't want to use them... Does Verizon FiOS block torrent traffic at all?

PS: I am in the Boston(, Massachusetts) area...

I am located around the Boston area too. I don't have any experience with Verizon, however I use RCN and am able to dl at 1.7 mb/s and thats fast. I have Comcast somewhere else and its slow, plus I have been contacted before about losing my cable service for dling too much. So I just use RCN and it rocks! Not sure if its available where you are, but look into it. Good Luck!
