Who can tell what MOD chip is best and where I can purchase it for the Wii console
I would say the Wiikey personally but getting it is a bit of an issue due to the recent fbi events.
It depends on several things-
1. What type of drive is your Wii
2. What features do you want
3. Personal preference
I highly suggest the Wiikey if your Wii is pre-D2C. But if it's a D2C then D2CKey.
What about this new Infectous Mod chip? I hear it is programable.
Why is it important to be programable? Has the D2Ckey needed to have the firmware updated?
I haven't even opened my Wii up and even started to try and mod it, but I am interested in this too? On my 360, I just flash my drive and rip and burn games. I hear on the Wii you always have to do updates and change your settings? I dont get it.
I am in the US and am wondering.. if I have bought my Wii at a local Wal-Mart(which should be NTSC) and then I buy normal games at my local Walmart (which should be NTSC Games) and used one of the special drives to rip the games... Would I ever need to update? And would I ever have to worry about bricking my system. I wish it was as easy as the 360.
You can start off by READING the stickies up there y'know.
