which dvd program will produce the best quality results, just a quick question
i think shrink
Use DVD Shrink, and when you click the "Backup" button it gives you a bunch of options. Click on the "Quality Settings" tab and check the box that says "Compress video with high quality...". I always do this with Sharp selected (default) and the quality is perfect. I haven't tried any of the other options (smooth, max sharpness, or max smoothness) though. Just so you know too, it'll take a lot longer to shrink a movie. I ran into 5 hours with Apocalypse Now Redux.
The best is RB/CCE but CCE is not free and you will probably only notice a difference between it and dvd shrink if there is a lot of compression.
yea i usually got 100% compression usually, its just that dvd shrink is soooo easy to use, i love it.
