hi i am going to get an asus P5B mobo and an E6400 c2D and was wondering what is thye best 2GB RAM (can also be 2x1GB RAM) for under £100, that will allow me overclock the e6400 to its most stable form?

also, what heatsink and fan could i get for £50 for some better cooling?

100? I doubt you will get anything even close to good for that price, example is:
100 Euro is about $134 here, my 2GB (2x1GB) Crucial Technologies ram cost me about $248 (186 euro)
Plus you did not say what type of ram you need people to look at
    DDR, DDR2
    how many pins
    what GHz 333,400,500,533,667,800

best brands to look at are Crucial Technologies, OCZ, Consair, Muskin, and maybe G-Skill

but most of the time what your overclocking is processor settings, not RAM.

cheepie cheep ram will still cost around £50/60 per gb, high grade overclocking ram starts around £80ish a gb.

a good idea is to look what others have have been able to acheive with the same sticks, overclockersuk.co.uk show reviews of this kind.
