thanks for that, checked it out,not sure it is suitable for my pc.i have a old hard drive with windows me 2000,which uses fat32 disk file system, which is not capable of dealing with single files above 4gb,which will cause me problems creating iso's/images during burning.so am not sure it will work ok.also i have nero 6,which i am told has a few problems in recognizing the 108???i dont want purchase a burner that wont do the job.

Pioneer 108 will work on any pc and operating system.I would look at upgrading your operating system to get the full value of playing with dvd formats.Lite-on drives are good as well as klinger mentions i have one myself. Not sure about pc world though i don't deal with them there to expensive and on the occasion's i have been in the stores half the staff have not a clue about anything.
