    All the rar files combined and once unzipped will probably come to a size bigger than 1.9GB

    Free up some hd space so you have at least 4.7gb and it should unrar just fine.

    I think you're being confused by thinking that you are only unrarring the first rar file which was 47mb, but when you right click that first rar file and click 'extract' it's not extracting that first single rar file, it is attempting to unrar the entire folder of rar files.

    I couldn't tell you exactly how big the iso will be once you unrar all the files but it sounds like it is bigger than 1.9gb, according to the error message you're being given.

    'Rarred' files are compressed files, so even though you have a folder of rar files that is 1.3gb in size, the iso will be bigger than 1.3gb because what you are extracting are compressed files, and when they are uncompressed they result in a bigger iso.

    I've downloaded PS2 games that were 1.7gb compressed rar from torrent sites but when I have unrarred the files the resulting iso has been over 4gb.

    So like I said free up some space on your HD so you have about 4.7gb free and you should be able to unrar all the files and get a working iso.

    DVD Decrypter (http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk) is an excellent choice if you're looking for free burning software.

    The process of burning PS2 backups w/ DVD Decrypter is as follows:

    1. Insert blank DVD into drive
    2. Open DVD Decrypter
    3. Mode->ISO->Write
    4. Browse to image file
    5. Set Write Speed to 4x OR half the speed of the disc (16x -> 8x)
    6. Click on Hard Drive->DVD picture to begin burning
