    Hey,

Having severe problems with my Pc:

    Motherboard NF4SK8A

    Bios chipset = Phoenix!

Im having severe problems being when it beeps it gives one long and 2 short. This does't work with any of the beep code definitions i found!

im very frustrated and am on the brink of blowing the damn thing up!

    Can any one help?

Phoenix bios is supposed to give three "groups" of beeps, not two. In the original IBM spec, 1 long, 2 short means a display adapter problem. Maybe it is defaulting to that. Or else you have a serious motherboard problem.

The case wouldnt allow the garphics card to fully slot in. Also seeing as its my computer the harddrive decided to go on me!

    Bloody brilliant

Well at least i got a laptop!

An X1800GTO? How tiny is your case? That's a regular length card, 8800GTXs dwarf it.
