bios pasword

    how can i remove bios setup password? because someone has make a bios password on my computer, and i don't know the password. there's a way to remove the password?

    The only way i know of that you can do this is by removing the cmos battery from the motherboard and leave it out for a day and then come back the next day put it back in and that will clear the password.

    if not a laptop then use the cmos jumper on the motherboard & it'll put everything in the bios back to default or remove the battery for a few minutes with the external power cord disconnected.
