blue screen, memory dump......

    Hey guys im having this issue with that lame blue screen. whats normally the cause of this blue screen? bad hardware? not enough power? a prob with the os? i really dont want to take it to get a tech and pay if i can solve the prob myslef. thanks guys.

    That all depends on what the blue screen says. When does it occur?

    Watching. I get blue screen sometimes while system running and the memory has to dump. counts to 100 at bottom of screen. Will post message when it happens again.

    I have the same prob as mr dell. everytime the message pops up tho there is a new error message. i did get a new 32" monitor... could that be the prob??

    I highly doubt it. All I can suggest if there's no obvious time when it happens is to update all the drivers you have for attached devices, starting with the graphics drivers.
