I just got my PS2 back from my friend after 2 years of lendage, and he bought a couple of original games and gave them to me. So I decided to back them up. Yes, my PS2 is modded.

Anyway, after reading a couple topics on how to rebuild and backup Mercenaries, I was wondering whether it is a good idea to rebuild every .iso, or just rebuild the ones that don't work.

No point in wasting your time rebuilding 90%+ of your ps2 games, when they will work perfectly without doing it.

There are no benefits such as loading faster or be less prone to crashes?

I just downloaded a mercaneries patch, and then ran it on my iso.
It took over 9 gigs of space but that wasnt a problem.
And i didnt have to mess with the .iso myself.
I still have the patch if anyone needs it,
    (I am such a lazy b@st@rd.)
