    hi,

I have recently had a dms3 chip fitted to my v7 ps2 and it seems to work properly. However i bought some backups from somewhere on the net as i don't have a dvd writer yet and they don't have any colour! They boot fine but just display in black and white. Is this because they are from a different region and if so can it be rectified? I would be really grateful if someone could help me as i don't know if i've been taken for a ride with these copies.

    Thanks

You will need to get a true scart cable which has a switch on the cable, this changes it from DVD / GAME etc. Look for something like RGB. I have a blaze one, expect to pay £12 - £20. Its worth it. This should solve the problem as it did for me. What was the site?
