Every time I try to burn a DVD I get an error. Can anyone help me with this problem? You might try different media. The D11 is reported as good but not the best. It may be the HP does not like it. Also look at the firmware for the HP. Some have a problem with the "HP-ness" of the writer. LINK
I use Sony DVD+r's to burn my DVD's, and I've never had a problem with them before. Also where can I get a firmware update for my DVD Burner?
