    Here's a few suggestions -
Update Nero - several enhancements and fixes since the version you're using. The latest is 7.10.1.0

    Physical memory : 511MB
    Free physical memory: 24MB
    Memory in use : 95 %

Way too much memory in use. Close any unneeded programs. If you haven't done a disc defrag, disc cleanup, registry cleaner and virus scan very recently do those too. Here's a good free registry cleaner - ccleaner. Use the issues and cleaner options.

    Disc Manufacturer ID: RICOHJPN
Decent media - try taking it done to 4x and see if that helps. Other media to try would be Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

Try another program to burn too. Here's a good free one - imgburn. Use the build mode for any non image files.

Thank you for your help...unfortunately when I updated Nero it said my serial number was incorrect when i try entering it. Can someone post a step by step on how to use imgburn if you have already used dvd shrink?
    Thanks

Ok here's the easiest thing to do.
    1st download and install ImgBurn.
Then download this 'tweak' for Shrink - link.
There's a text file with instructions but basically you just copy and paste the exe to the dvd shrink folder under programs.

Now when you click backup - under select backup target pick 'iso image file and burn with ImgBurn'.

Thank you very much for your help, is there an easy way of doing it to things that have already went through shrink or is it best to just start over and re-do everything?

Sure - no need to run it thru Shrink again since Shrink saves to your hard drive.
You'll just need to burn the video_ts folder with ImgBurn then.
    Here's a guide - link
