How can I burn a movie that I converted to MPG format onto a CD-R?

I followed the guide but some things like in the settings on the lower right corner of the tmpgenc program are shaded I have a movie that is already encoded into a mpg file by Tmpgenc I need to put it into VCD which I followed the guide but am lost as to what I am doing wrong. If I have the mpg file then why is the menu shaded where I can't select the settings for vcd? Thanks

If I understand you right you have already encoded your Video, an you are ready to burning now? if so just open Nero click to highlight VideoCd then Click new, then just drag an drop your Mpeg file into the middle empty box in Nero. The you should be ready to burn.

I would use VCDEasy because overall it does a better job than nero and allows you to easily add chapters!
