I have recently installed a flip top on my PS2. I have read a little bit about how to back up my games but am just wondering if there is anything specil I need to to do to burn these games. I have a dvd burner installed on my Dell Laptop and was just wondering if someone could help me in the backing up of some of my games? Is there anything special I need to do? I heard something about a decrypter? I am very new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just use DVD Decrypter to make the ISO and then burn it using the same Program :)

I think I got it. I already downloaded the dvd decrypter and I just copy it and the burn it with the iso right?
So I read it with ISO and the write it with the ISO?
I read something pertaining to this I just thought maybe there was more to it!!!

    Its simple..
Just remember you will have big problems with DVD9 Games... Like GT4

Some games on SM may need a fix but most will load no problems :)

What game you trying to backup?

Well I was planning on doing most of my games. In particular right now it is Dynasty Warriors and the Punisher.
Will I have problems at all with these?

    Ok I will.
I just want you to know I appreciate your help!

So is it possible at all to to do this with games like GT4? And it may sound dumb but what is so different about games like GT4 compared to most all of the other games?

You cant do GT4 because its a Dual Layer Disc and it wont fit on to a normal DVD-R

    Ok thanks
I just don't want to do it wrong and then it doesn't work. Plus it will save me from wasting blank dvd's.

    Anything else you recommend?

Ok so speed does matter when burning different games?
Or best to burn all at same speed?
