I have decrypter, shink and nero software. When I burn a rented movie sometimes it has glitches every 15 to 30 seconds, like a skip in the movie. I don't know of any other way to describe it.

At first I thought it was because I was using too much ram for other applicaitons while the movie was being decrypted etc.. Not being sure I thought I would ask some more knowledgable people.

Hope to hear from you soon.

When i use decryptor / shrink, i turn off most other applications as to make sure nothing is interfearing with the burning process. In order to understand the glitching it's important to know what type of media, and hardware you are using. These could affect the overall performance of making backups.

I am not home so I will have to get back to you with the media and hardware. I know I am using a DVD-R. Did you want to know the burner model?
