I have various clips from different sporting events on my computer, I loaded them into Nero SmartStart and tried to burn them to a DVD-R. After all the videos "Burned" I received an error message that said "burning failed". Do all of the videos need to be the same format? If so, what format must they be? Is there any other possibilties to why the burning failed?

did you want to be able to watch them on a standalone dvd player or just be able to watch them on your PC?

to be able to watch them on a dvd player the files have to be dvd-compliant files(Vob,IFO,BUP), nero vision is a program that does this. here is a guide for it

you can also post a burn log so we can see whats the problem
