    TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK!!!

It isn't polite to yell, and thats what you are doing when you write in all caps. It's also a forum rule not to do it.

Any DVD writing software will write an IMG or ISO file just select create disk from image/ISO. What software do you have?

I have the same question. I tried burning an IMG file using DVD Decrypter and it seemed to have burned successfully, but all it burned was audio, not video, on the DVD-R. I have seen a few people recommend to change the the file from IMG to ISO and then burn with Nero but I am not sure how to change the file. I was able to open the file with Nero ShowTime and it did play successfully, both audio and video so it does seem to be an intact file.

Can you guide me through the steps? Would be much appreciated.

Shrink doesnt burn. In Nero you just need to select burn disk image.

What exactly is the icon you click on to open Nero (What does it say)?

    Nero Burning ROM

OK, I have it burning with NERO Burning ROM. Will let you guys know how it turns out. I had been using Nero Vision Express and it wouldn't recognize the IMG file. When I forced it to open all file types, it was only recognizing the opening credit, i.e., a few hundred kbytes out of a 3.5 Gbyte file. NERO Burning ROM seems to recognize the whole file.

OK, burned successfully. Turns out, the first disk I burned using DVD Decrypter also burned successfully. I had put into a Region 2 DVD player the first time and I could only hear the audio but not video. Tried it again, on a whim, in my region-free DVD player and played perfectly. Here is how I did it in NERO.

    1)Open NERO Burning ROM
2)A New compilation window popped up, I just closed this window.
3)From Recorder menu at the top, choose Burn Image.
4)Select the file by forcing to recognize all file types
5)Then the burn compilation window pops up. Just click burn.

Burn was complete at 4x in about 10 minutes of a 3.5 G disk.

Using DVD Decrypter, I just select the file from the hard drive, select my burner as the destination, and then click the burn icon at the bottom. It also burned successfully in about 10 minutes.

    Good luck.

No you can't close the thread all is good. Besides you may still need us :)

Good directions sirish19. I was about to post that, but ya beat me to the punch :) Nero burning ROM is the only way I use Nero and it will burn an image file exactly as sirish19 described.

    Good Luck :)
