Open the ISO in DVD Shrink to compress the size. Afterwards, burn the resultant files using Nero.

I presume this is a downloaded image file? Otherwise, how did you create it?

DVD Shrink can only facilitate backup/compression of DVD movies. I'm afraid you're going to have to use a writeable dual layer DVD medium for this.

You can try enabling overburning in your app.. some burners will allow a 2 or 3 % overburn.. but it may damage your drive.

As this is a program iso you could have a look inside and see if there is anything you could strip out.. like say multi region languages.. then remake the iso so it has it's checksum intact.

Even if you're somewhow successful overbutning the entire 4671MB, you have a very good chance that the disc will not be readable in many drives.
