What speed are you trying to burn at and to what media?

What error does it give you? Can you post your error log if you have one?

Have you tried Nero Burning ROM?

I'll pitch in my recommendation for Imgburn...."build" mode and write to disc. You can post the log, just copy and paste, and we'll take a look at it.

If you need help with posting your Nero log see here:

That is your drive model - you could use a firmware update..
    Here is the link:
    http://www.liteonit.com/DOWNLOADS/ODD/SHW-160H6S/firmware/DR16CS08.rar

Your RAM usage is a bit high.. make sure you don't multi-task during burning.

This is top quality media but it's not being recognised by your burner.. hopefully the firmware update should remedy that.

    See if that helps :)

Hmm. Your drive is an OEM using the CPxx firmwares, whereas the retail drives use the CSxx stock firmwares..

If it's possible, an option for you could be to cross-flash your OEM drive to the retail version and then go from there. However, i'm not sure if it's pssible on your drive model.

If you want to try it, the logical step would be to try and flash it with the oldest stock (CSxx) firmware you can find, I think.

Don't rush into anything though, I'll have a look around.

And if I can't find, I'm almost certain the problem is your drive isn't burning the media, so a new drive (or some new media, but you've already got the best) may be in order.
