Burning PS2 Discs - Proper Medium

    Hey,
    What is the proper medium for burning PS2 discs -
    DVD(-) or DVD(+).

    It really depends on what version PS2 you have. 1 - 4 prefer -R, 5+ can play either. I use -R and have not had a problem with them. Just use a high quality disks to prevent getting bad copies. Quality does make a difference.

    i always use 8X DVD -R discs by Phillips and never have any problems. My friend uses Memorex 4X and they also work in my PS2, along with Imation. Plus check your DVD burner and make sure you can do both +R and
    -R disc, some can only do one or the other. Some like my Sony DRU-700A can do anything.

    I have tried about every type of media and the best are Taiyo Yuden. They are a little bit more $$ but well worth it.
