Burning VCD w/DVDWS & it won't play anywhere...

    Hello,

    Looking at the VCD in windows, i see 7 directories. 4 are empty. i have a 598MB file in /mpegav w/a DAT extention. i also have one file under segment, and 4 files under VCD (w/VCD extentions). The disc wont play in my computer or DVD player. Shouldnt there be somekind of .exe file in the root? nothing is there. i used dvdworkshop to create the project & it said it burned successfully.

    No there shopuld be no exe file. The dat file should be avseq01.dat.

    What have you tried to use to Play it on the Computer.

    As for the DVD Player, please check if VCD playback is supported - http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers
