burning VOB back on to DVD

I had two VOB files that I extracted from 2 of my dvds and i combined them into one VOB file. Is there an easy program to put that VOB back on my dvd. I don't care about chapters. I just want it to play on my dvd player.

Import the file(s) (AVI, WMV,MPEG, VOB)
Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD.
Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv)
Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America)

Shown, I loaded two separate VOB files to be combined into a DVD.

 

Just curious, Is it possible to use IMGburn to burn VOB's on to a dvd.

 

If you make an ISO of them first, yah.
