I purchased a Sony DRU-830A and installed it as my master drive, I moved the original master DW-D22A as the slave drive. The computer states that both units are working properly. When I go to My Pictures and attempt to copy the pictures to either drive, the “Send To” doesn’t give me either DVD drive as an option. I can burn files using third party software (Nero, Decrypter) but not with Windows XP. How do I fix this problem so that I can write info to either DVD drive using only Windows XP? I checked the jumpers and they are correct.
