I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but the following drives allow you to burn full XGD3 games to disc as standard, so you don't need to flash with Burner Max: - Sony Optiarc AD-5280S-CB-PLUS Sony Optiarc AD-5280S-CB-ROBOT It has to be either of those models. The regular 5280S does not work. The PLUS model is $34.99 on NewEgg: - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118073&Tpk=5280s The ROBOT version is actually an archival/duplication burner and I can't find anywhere that sells it, but it's probably quite expensive. This works because these drives support DVD+R DL overburning with the stock firmware. Other drives don't, which is why Burner Max was needed to enable it. So there you go, you no longer have to go on eBay and pay way over the top for an iHAS B model drive.
