burnout 3 backup

    hi, i am trying to backup my copy of burnout 3 and i haver used dvd decrypter the proper way as by reading and writing iso, and even at the lowest speed my playstation says "invalid disc" can someone give me any ideas of what im doing wrong, cheers

    Have you got a swap magic disc or a chip. What version ps2 do you have? What discs are you using?

    i have a chip and am using strathfield 4x dvd+r dvd discs, is there better discs, does this game have to be patched

    It doesn't require patching unless you want to play online with it, it will work fine without patcing. Try using some dvd- discs like ritek go4 for instance. They worked fine for me with this backup

    I also had no problems with Burnout 3. Mine worked fine but i also use -R discs.
    They just always work for me. Can your burner do -R discs? If so give them a try, especially if you have an earlier version PS2 like my 5/6 & 7
    they have no problems when i use the -R discs.
