I am in Italy and I saw the MOTO RIZR which is a phone that I really like. It will eventually come out in US but I was wondering If I could buy the phone here and put my SIM card in and use it in the US? I have Cingular.
Nope, different freqs, different codes and software, to use in US wait until it comes out here. Search the forums to see the number of people who have been scammed by buying supposedly unlocked phones, only to find out they were from europe and sold in the US.
