Buying an mp3 player in the usa

    i am thinking of buying an mp3 whilst on my hols to the usa,as i can save a good bit of cash
    but on my return to the uk will there be issues with regardsa to the voltage & the charger?

    Well...from what I know, yes there might be a problem with the charger as far as the plug is concerned.

    I would say that if you are going to buy it, see if any of the accessories are either universal. Also, you may want to check on the voltage of the outlets that you are using.

    If u get an ipod mini or an ipod for that matter the charging is done by the usb cable when u connect it to your pc. this is smart and cuts out these problems. my mate got one from the us a couple of months ago and hasnt had a single problem (apart from the itunes software).
