Does anyone know where you can buy modchip wires in Jackson Heights? I was thinking to buy it from Home Depot but im not sure if they have 30 awg and 24 gauge. Also does anyone know where to get a 15watt solder iron (not from internet) like home depot also or something. Does bestbuy have these things?

A good soldering iron is not cheap, but if you want a 15 watt one Radio Shack has one for I think less than $15.

As for the wires your best bet is to look on the net for kynar wire.

    Hi Shad

You can pick up a 15 watt iron and 30awg Kynar (Wire Wrap) wire from a local Radio Shack store. I just installed a DMS3 in my PS2 using their products with success.

Well I bought my 30awg Kynar from a local electronics store after the sales person at Radio Shack said they don't sell any wires smaller than a 24 AWG.
