cable or sat

    hi
    i currently have cable box but see that subs for sat connection is a lot cheaper , is cable better viewing or should i switch to sat to save money

    Chocco it comes down to one difference, cable is in hd and sat is in sd , that's the reason cable subs are a bit more expensive ,

    giving people a choice in looking at quality picture on hd or crap picture in sd i wonder in which they might like better?

    I've still got a kryptview so watching crap picture at hd prices , didn't know that sat boxes were in sd only .so think i will stick to cable and get a new cable box rather than sat box

    when i said sat are in sd it is because cards were paired to providers box so plenty of hd channels work on theirs on 28.2 but not on non providers boxes.hd still works on foreign sats.bbc1 hd and a number of others still work.
