hello i have a starview 1 box i updated the firmware i done everything with it its working fine but i moved down to newcastle and i tuned in all my channels on my box i had about 134 channels where i live befor but down here i can only get 94 channels can any body help me get my other channels back i am missing some sport channels some music and few more i tryed a manal and auto but i still can get the channels can anybody help me with this problem please thanks phil
If you move location you be better of starting from scratch and rescanning Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Menu 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit

Looks like the channels all on the same freq , It might be a weak signal for that freq in that area , Are you using any splitters ? I thought you moved to the UK lol
Phily if you're in the UK you can't get DC TV pilot that's only available in the Republic of Ireland.
Is newcastle true cable or MMDS? I know I was speaking to a guy from up that way a while back and he was on MMDS rathur than true cable with nthell, he was only getting the same amount of channels your getting. Could be why you missing some channels I do know that 394.000 is a dodgy freq for some people, I had trouble with it in the past. Have you connected the box directly to the feed? Is it split before going into the box?
