Hi, Everytime i try to play something on media player it wont play, i get an error message "windows media played encountered a problem while playing the file, please click here for help" This happens when i play anything at all, even music. I have gone to the web help, but it doesn't help. Anyone had this problem?? Cheers Kim
you would have to tell us what they tell you when you click for help, i would probably guess the reinstallation would do it, otherwise try installing some codec program.
