Can I Burn a VOB file that is 98.6 % complete ??

    I down loaded a 4.8G movie file that stopped at 98.6% - what will happen if I burn it - i assume i will lose something - any thoughts will be appreciated..

    just tried to burn in DVDshrink and it stoped at 72%
    any thoughts

    You've answered your first question.

    If you are downloading a dvd via torrent (which is not winrarred or compressed) and are unable to get the entire torrent, you don't know (unless you specifically look in your torrent program) which part or parts are missing. They could be at the end, the beginning or somewhere in the middle. This will most likely cause the burn to fail.

    If the torrent was winrarred or zipped, you most likely won't be able to uncompress the dvd.
