I Wanna buy an Hard-Drive for the PS2.
    (MAXTOR 120GB ATA / 133 2MB) ?????????
Can I use a 5400 RPM Hard-Drive or would that be too slow? My own opinion is that any HD is faster than a DVD/CD-ROM but what does anyone with experience think?
    T.I.A. :)

5400 will work fine. The extra speed is merely a luxury.
