can i....?

    i m running xbmc and want to watch some south park. i have the .avi,.wmv. and .rm files. if i put these directly on a disc cant i use a file explorer to transfer them to e/xbmc/videos? or should i use imgburn and burn these to a cd-r?

    hey if you are not able to run smart ftp or anything use your burner and burn to a cd-r but then make a file on your drive called E/Videos and then move them there. it should work..

    Yes, the method you described will be fine, however, you could just run them from the disc...

    ok i wound up using windows burning software were u drag and drop to do it, the movie worked fine running striaght from cd for a few minutes but at certain point it turns off and goes back to xbmc. i burnt 3 to one cd and that one didnt work at all.
