I have a game (SSX 3!!!!) in ISO format... can I load this image into the hard drive and play it from there rather than burning it into a blank DVD... It'd be a waste of a dvd since I still have over 50 gigs left in my hd.

Just use a software like Alcohol 120% to mount the image on a fake drive then transfer all the files to your XBOX using FlashFXP. Or you could burn the image on a DVD+/-RW and then transfer the content of the CD to the XBOX using something like boxplorer. It's up to you

Another option is to use XFer which will extract the game files from the ISO and upload them to your XBox harddrive.
