can someone guide me through step by step and tell me how to change my video setting back to NTSC because i cant see anything on my screen

    can someone guide me through step by step and tell me how to change my video setting back to NTSC because i cant see anything on my screen.

    I have the following programs to do this but cannot see much on my screen becuase it flashes too much .

    1)Avalaunch 2) slayers auto installer 3)evolution x

    Tell me your e-mail and I will send a ISO file that is a video select program. you put it into your xbox, and it loads up and you simply press A for NTSC and X for PAL.
