Can you save ps2 games on your hard drive (if you have one) rather than to the memory card?

Also I have heard from friends that you can somehow load HDAdvance2.0 to a memory card, so that you don't have to put any disk in the ps2 to load games from the hard drive. Is this true and if so how do you do that?

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

what your friend said is something called mc exploit, search it in this forum or various ps2 forums u will found many threads/tutorials teaching u how to do that, one thing in mind tho, u will need an original ps1 game to get it to work, not that u dun have to put any disc in
