Can we burn Region 3 DVD to FREE Region?

    I just want to know if we can burn a region 3 dvd into a Free Region or Region 1. Any help would be helpful. Thanks!

    If you rip and encode with DVD Shrink you can set for region free

    Okay Thanks. Can I also rip the DVD with DVD Decryptor and burn it with lets say Nero 6? Will it become region free?

    Sorry I didn't mean you have to rip with Shrink, you can rip any way you want

    Rip it with Decrypter, encode with Shrink with region free checked then burn any way you like
