No, n64 games were developed using the standard 4:3 resolution. The only way to increase its resolution would be if the developers of surreal 64 created an upscale conversion plugin. It would be unlikely because emulation of n64 is very difficult and not 100% due to the inability to decipher the rendering engine and graphics processor in its entirety.
