Can You Update any psp firmware straight to 3.03 OE?

    Guys I'm starting a business to chip psps, but I need to Know, Is it Possible to Update any firmware directly to 3.03 OE or any DaRk_AlEx
    custom firmware??? Please Reply, Because I'm Nervous incase I brick one because I'm Not too sure about downgrading with xloader and eloader
    as Its risky and Im A bit of a beginner.

    In Other words I find It difficult to downgrade, so let me no if you can UPGRADE ANY FIRMWARE STRAIGHT TO 3.01 OE, 3.02 OR ANY
    DaRk_AlEx Firmware???

    PLEASE HELP :(
