    Hi ,
    I have installed
    vobsub_2.23.exe fully at c:\program files\gabest\vobsub .
Actually during installation it asked me about where virtual dub & aviutild is installed & I pointed to folders extracted from VirtualDub-1.9.11.zip & aviutl98d.zip .
I find following files in that folder with corresponding md5sum
    subresync.exe 98304 bytes 5D8513D82F43F24F0BD514A8FA92C68F
    submux 61440 bytes 4C2704E2903EC95120F6A52C656D64E4

    I was reading www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_subtitles_from_sub-idx_to_srtDOTcfm
I cannot get past the first step as running subresync.exe does nothing . No window appears . I even ran "c:\Program Files\Gabest\VobSub\subresync.exe" in command prompt .
I see in my taskmanager no increase in number of processes .

What am I doing wrong ?
