I am trying to make a backup of burnout 3 using dvd-decrypter using the ISO Read mode, but when it goes to 72% it gives me an I/O Error (L-EC Uncorrectable Error)

What should i do? the current back-up i am using is not working in career mode in europe, it just freezes whenever i start a new race. I used a Marvo DVD-R before and burnt it at 2X. Which media do u guys recommend? DVD+R or DVD-R? I have a v7 ps2 with messiah modchip. And my backup is not DNAS patched, do i need to do so?

dvd decrypter is still running and it is automatically skipping errors now, it's been running for 1 hour 20 mins and still going, 21 read errors (502 retries) so far :(

Is this normal when making a ps2 backup? I need some desperate help

best guess sounds like there is somthing wrong with the source disc(bad scratch/corrupt data etc) and the most recomended dvdr discs are ritek, verbatim, tdk and fuji
