cant burn 360 backup

    hi

    im trying to use my phillips DVD+R dvd 8631 with firmware bd10 to burn my backup of gears of war but i keep getting error messages when i try to burn with xbox backup creator and clone CD.

    i made the backup with my samsung tsst.....something drive. i no this is the correct dvd drive to copy xbox 360 games so im pretty sure the copied image is not the problem.

    here is the error message i get when trying to burn with xbox backup creator: Action: Reserve Track
    Sense Error: 5 / 26 / 00
    INVALID FIELD IN PARAMETER LIST

    the DVD+R dual layer disc i used was infiniti

    please help if you can

    are you burning the iso or the dvd file?


    *EDIT*- Its from using a non blank dvd, i just tried it with a dvd i thought was blank and it failed, exact same message, tried with a dvd i KNEW was blank and its burning right now no problem

    when i click to find what i want to burn. i only get the dvd image and im 100% sure my blank is blank

    alright open something like imgburn and read where it says the details on your disc to the right side, it will say erasble:No empty:yes or no let me know what it says

    if you have a backup all i do is make a iso file and burn with this
    Xbox Backup Creator works all the time you can find the software here

    you no what..... i tried burning a normal CD with the phillips drive and it didnt work, then i tried burning a DVD with the drive and it didnt work........so im pretty sure the drive doesnt work overall

    my own fault for taking the drive from a pc scrapyard. il buy a new dual layer writer today

    sorry for wasting your time :)
