I keep trying to connect me XBOX 360 to my windows XP computer. It wont let me because it keeps telling me that i need to update my computer from service pack 1 to service pack 2 so i could install Windows Media Player 11. I downloaded Service pack 2 using bittorrent. I tried to extract the files and it said the system cannot find the specified. Any help would be useful

just get the update from Microsoft.
If you are running SP1 you are WAY behind in updates.

you can also use ORB or TVersity to share media with your 360 but Windows Media Player is usually needed because it contains all the codec's needed for playing many formats and audio.

But the other two you can use to transcode and play any format, not just WMA files. I have played standard DVD files (VOB/Video-TS) with ORB

But do i need to use ORB wirelessly or do i need to use a USB wire or Ethernet wire?
