Cant encode a certain avi file with TMPGEnc. What do I do, is their a certain plugin I can download for TMPGEnc? I have all the codecs for this on my computer and the file runs on windows media player. But why wont TMPGenc accept or support the file type?

the avi file type is Video 640*480, Video Compression DIVXMPG4 V3

Under "Options" and "Environmental Settings", select the "VFAPI plug-in" tab. Increase the priority of the DirectShow to higher than anything else.

    That'll do it.
