cant read sectors on dvd

    I just recently bought xcopy xpress it works except for the disk Shanhai Noon it reads 99% of the dvd then I get the error cant read sectors the dvd does work in a dvd player has anyone any ideas please.....

    I am not familiar with Xcopy xpress, but most compression programs (Shrink and DVD2One) allow you to open the disk in file mode.
    Thus, try using DVD Decypter to rip the VOBs to your harddrive before compressing (in options, select "ignore read errors").
    If this won't work, try using DVDShrink, which is free and very reliable.
