can't rip Alien lockdown please help

    I can not rip this one, I try DVD shrink and just stop responding, and with DVD decrypter this error

    Try running AnyDVD in the background whilst using DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter.

    I just copied that movie using dvd shrink & dvd43free.

    Check the source disc as may have damage of some kind.
    I/O errors usually refer to the disc you are trying to rip.

    I have the latest version of DVD shrink an the disk is new, but I try AnyDVD and finally work.
