can't see subs in Hebrew

    Hi everyone,

    When I download Hebrew subtitles and want to watch a movie with them, they appear in Windows Media Player or in every other Player in Gibberish. I'm using Windows XP/2 and all other language functions are working properly.
    Does someone knows what to do???

    You would need to set the subtitle renderer to use the correct character encoding.

    That sounds reasonable but I don't have a clue how to do it....

    Well setting it depends on the sub renderer that you are using. They should all have a setting somewhere where you can set the encoding.
