Hey could someone tell me why when i go to open files in shrink i am getting an error message that says "invalid data in file" and then it lists a .vob file that i have on my hard drive. I've converted a .avi movie and want to burn it onto a DVD but the files are too big (5.03GB). Then when i go to shrink it i get this error message.

If anyone can help that'd be great. Thanks

    trueoil,
Most likely the .avi was not converted properly to a mpeg2-DVD Compliant file. What program did you use to convert the file? When I convert my home movies to DVD I use Premiere and then export the timeline to NVE for burning.

i had the same prob in dvdshrink.
    try the following:
    -run IFOEdit
-open the VIDEO_TS.IFO file in ur video_ts folder
-click on the button that says "disc image"
    -choose the appropriate options
-once the image is made fire up DVD Decrypter and burn the image.
I've only used this procedure once (so it might not work for sure in ur case). hope that helps.
